This waist trainer is nothing special though it's a darn good price and definitely serves its proper function. It's comfortable, breathable material that you can wear for a long period of time. This product also comes with an additional extender which is nice so depending what your sizing is, you could order a size down and use the extender until you train your waist to the smaller size.For reference I purchased a small- my waist is about 28 inches give or take, I'm 5"4 and 140 lbs, give or take.Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

Great affordable waist trainer/shapeware. Simply love it, gave me the feminine figure i wanted and is nearly invisible under clothes. And it came with an extender! Definitely order a size down than normal and use the extender if needed. (Which i did) but it brings in my waist perfectly! My silhouette looks flawless!!! Super glad this hasnt gone mainstream yet well worth it!

Very happy with this product. Material is great and feels very supportive! Gives me the shape I was looking for and doesn't feel bulky or binding. I'm 5'3 and weigh 158 lbs. It was recommended I get a large but after reading reviews I sized down. It was definitely a challenge getting it on but well worth it in the end.

I’m post op tummy tuck and this definitely provides the compression and support i was looking for. it’s a good thing they provide the extra extender though because i’m a size 2-4 and a small was too tight to button without the extender. Feels like quality fabric, for the price i’m very pleased.

It's good quality but runs very big!!! Bums me out. Now I need to return for a smaller size. Size down if you get this.

I have never worn a waist trainer before but after reading all the reviews decided to buy this one .I am so glad I did . i am 77 yrs young and will be getting married again and wanted to loose the fat around my middle to look nice in my dress. When it arrived I put it on immediately with the help of a girlfriend as the hooks are extremely smallI wore day and night without any problems with the additional piece they sent taking off only to shower. She did the first hooks after after a week we removed the extra section and placed on the original first hooks. I can' believe what a change it made so fast so Ladies if this works for this 77 yr old just think what it will do for you !!! I am very long waisted at 5 ft 6 weighing 164

I love this corset, I do not wear it so tight I can’t breathe just enough to pull in my excess weight to a comfortable level. I like the way it fits and I get tons of compliments when I wear it.
