Very comfortable
I am reviewing this beige shapewear bodysuit as part of Amazon's Vine programme. Personally, I find one piece body suits such as this practical to use as casual wear with leggings with a loose shirt/sweatshirt/cardigan thrown over the top - excellent for layering basically. You could wear this as an extra layer during the winter, similar to a vest, and this garment offers a nice clean line as there is no tucking in required. I'm approximately a size 14 and I usually size up - I went for an XL on this occasion and I'm glad I did as although the garment has plenty of stretch, I just about managed to get it on, but it is fine once you are wearing it. It has adjustable straps and three rows of hooks in the lower part of the garment, which offer useful flexibility as different people obviously have different length bodies. The material is very soft, thinner around the bust and bottom areas, and much thicker and elasticated around the middle of the garment, which does help hold you in a little but it's not really what I would describe as a control garment and if you have a bit of a tummy, don't expect it to magically flatten it. It doesn't provide any particular support in the bust area which is why I would only really use this for layering, I wouldn't wear it on its own as a top, although I'm sure some ladies would be comfortable doing so. The garment is well made and is reasonable value for money at £13.99.

Soft, Comfortable, Smoothing
This bodysuit is the most comfortable shapewear I've ever worn, yet it smooths out my curves at my stomach, waist and hips. Generally I find that the pants type control garments tend to roll down, if not straight away then part-way through the day at a most inconvenient moment, so I saved them for special occasions then gave up on them. Seeing this bodysuit, with it's upper section and straps, I thought I'd give shapewear one more try. It's very stretchy, soft and comfortable. Looking at the item out of the packet, I feared it wouldn't fit, but, unlike the usual tugging & pulling malarkey, this one was easy and effortless to put on! It has control, and a smoothing effect, but is gentle to wear. I can wear it throughout the day without discomfort and without feeling that I have to take it off, not at all. Fearing that it wouldn't fit, I went up a size on my usual underwear size - I probably didn't need to as the item is not tight, uncomfortable or constricting to wear, and I feel that the sizing is realistic. The racer back prevents the straps from slipping, but I didn't feel that it was pulling at my shoulders (I have neck problems and was a little worried that this might happen - it doesn't). The 'bra-style' hooks for going to the toilet are very easy to fasten and unfasten; again I thought this might be a problem but it's much easier than expected, and very quick.I've worn this with a lovely dress which I've been putting off wearing, all winter, because of fear of the dress being too tight and bulging to much - the dress looks lovely, my shape is smoother, and it's so lovely to be able to wear dresses again! Because it has thin straps I know I'll be able to wear it year-round. I'm absolutely delighted with this shapewear garment and would fully recommend.

Not really body control in my opinion, but very comfortable!
Review of: POBEC Women Shapewear Bodysuit for Tummy Control Shaping Bodysuit Racerback Seamless Sculpting Body Shaper Tank TopI ordered a medium. I’m a rather pear shaped female sitting somewhere between a UK size 12 and 14 but with a small, but wide, chest. When it arrived I looked and thought “there’s no way I’ll squeeze into that” – but I needn’t have worried. The fabric is very stretchy and the fit was good. It fastens under the crotch with hook and eye fastenings (just like a bra). I prefer these to poppers. It was very comfortable to wear and washes well (I did do it in the machine on a delicates wash). However, I don’t think that this really qualifies as “Tummy control” or “Sculpting”. It provides a smooth silhouette but did nothing to flatten my stomach as suggested. As an undergarment, however, I loved it.For comfort I would give this 5* and I think that it is priced well (£14.50 at time of review). I do have to deduct a star though as it is not, in my opinion, tummy control or sculpting. Maybe going down a size would have achieved that? I’m not sure but my lower measurements were over the top end of the “medium” size so not sure I would have squeezed into the smaller one!ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT FOR FREE VIA THE AMAZON "VINE" PROGRAMME, I VALUE MY INTEGRITY SO ALWAYS GIVE HONEST, UNBIASED OPINIONS.FOR ME:A 4* PRODUCT IS GOOD - It does everything it says it should.A 5* PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT – It does everything it should and MORE or PARTICULARLY WELL or is EXCELLENT VALUELOWER STAR RATINGS ARE GIVEN WHERE THERE IS A FLAW, A DESCRIPTION IS MISLEADING or THERE IS ANOTHER ISSUE WHICH WILL BE CLEARLY STATED.

Racer back bodysuit with a couple of really good design elements.
This is a lovely bodysuit to wear either as an underlayer, or alone as a top (perhaps in the summer!)The fabric is different on different parts of the garment - which is unusual. The boobs and bum areas are a completely different fabric - it’s thinner, looser and not at all restrictive here. This is a really good design - it means that only the tummy section is essentially shapewear. That section IS very thick and very strong elastic, and boy does it hold you in!Another very interesting design aspect is the under-crotch fastening. Usually these things have a couple of press studs. This one fastens with three sets of double hook and eyes - kind of like a waistband sideways. Not everyone has the same ‘bodyrise’ measurement (this is the length of your torso) and so being able to adjust the length of the body is really very clever. For me, in the winter it can be hard to keep a vest tucked in and not look bulky, so this bodysuit is a great alternative as an underlayer for me.In terms of sizing, I chose a Small based on the size chart saying that’s equal to a UK 8-10. I’d say it’s true to size and while the strong elastic tummy portion can make it a wee bit of a struggle to initially get into, once it’s on, it fits a treat.
