1. please use the appropriate power supply. (If you are using a 24V strip, please only connect a 24V power supply). 2. there is a solder joint every 0.5 m of the strip which does not affect the normal use of the strip.

How to solve the problem of voltage drop on the light strip?

This is usually a voltage drop (due to the transmission path, etc.). It is recommended to balance the voltage at the end of the strip/where the strip appears less bright(I.e. connecting a smaller power supply at the end of the strip).

How do I calculate the theoretically required power for a light strip?

1 Colour light (red, green or blue) with 0.1 W per LED. 2 colours light (red + green, red + blue, green + blue) with 0.2 W per LED. 3 colours illuminate with 0.3 W per LED. 4 colours illuminate (red + green + blue + warm white) with 0.4 W per LED.
