Nothing to dislike. Absolutely great and I will be eating it as long as they make ieThis bread keeps well, freezes well. Makes lovely sandwiches, toast, bread and butter pudding and summer fruit tart with a little tweaking.

Fantastic low carb bread
This is the best low carb bread we have found. I don't enjoy baking and wanted to find a low carb bread for those days when a sandwich is what I want, or a piece of toast. This bread is delicious!

Nice flavour. Slightly dry, but most low carb breads are.
