It actually works!!!
I was diagnosed with a hernia about 3 weeks ago & have been suffering since. I haven't been able to do any of the things I normally do, like walk my dog more than a 200 or 300 meters without the pain becoming unbearable. Working was a test of my stamina & will power to suffer through to the end of my shift. Then I order this belt. The moment I put it on & had it properly adjusted, the pain seemed to fade into the background & I could actually start doing things again. I will admit that the item looks like it couldn't do anything but maybe cause more discomfort. I was incredibly hesitant to order it & try it. But I am definitely a believer! I was totally blown away by just how much it helped. You do have to play around to find the right adjustment. And, the velcro could probably be reversed so that the rough hook part is facing out, rather than toward the body, but I say again, once you get it adjusted, the effect is amazing! Thank you for the amazing product! And it sounds corny to say, but thank you for giving me my life back, while I await surgery.

j ai deja eu une hernie coté droit opérée pour guerir. mais la bis repetita coté gauche. Cette ceinture m a permis de guerir ma hernie sans recours a la chirurgie! a porter le plus souvent possible! je continuais de courir aussi. en // il faut faire du gainage! pas evident a porter au travail sous le pantalon mais pas le choix. et surtout pas d operation c est lessentiel! pour moi c est TOP
