Must have for cheer stunting!
Daughter uses this for cheer and is super happy with the grip she needs. Works well, no irritation, easy to take in her bag, and washes off of hands and clothes easily.

Excellent Product
I use this regularly and really like the product. It dries very quickly and lasts well for an hour long weightlifting session. It leaves minimal residue. I work out in a home gym set up, so I'm not as worried about the mess, but this seems like it would work well in any commercial gym with no or minimal equipment cleanup.

Works great !
Affordable and works great for deadlifts at the gym. It lasts awhile on your hands and the extra grip helps me lift more than I am usually able to. So I’d say it’s a win and It will definitely be a repeat purchase of mine !

Not bad
It’s not bad. Pretty decent grip. I usually use gorilla brand powder which is insane grip but it’s messy. I got this because I can carry it and put a little bit and smear it on my palms. It’s hard to squeeze out the bottle but it works. Smells good too.

rlly awesome! I use it for rock climbing sometimes and it works like magic! I get decent grip and I can easily clip this onto a bag or something for travel!

Id research better products.
I would like to rate this higher because the chalk itself lasted very well throughout my whole gym session, upon use though I realized there was a hole at the top of my bottle, so it comes out in a couple different places leaving everything messy. It stayed sticky and wet for a very long time which I didn't really like, it also took 2-3 weeks to get to my house even though it was supposed to be delivered the next day. I'm going to try the rest of this bottle and maybe my opinion will change, but as of right now I am not a fan.

I've used this for USPSA events for the past two weeks and really helps for humid conditions and sweaty hands! Great product!

Worth it !!!
Easy to use and I love that it is portable and not messy like the chalk balls. Definitely worth it and the grip is also very good. I was shocked.
