Very cheap quality I wish there is an option to give - stars I read the reviews before buying it and still order it. It doesn't work at all. It was on for 30 min and wax didn't start melting

It doesn't heat the wax beans, it was a waste of money. And it's very bad quality, unfortunately I can't return it since that option isn't available anymore.

After using it a few times, it completely stopped working and wouldn’t turn on at all. Eventually, it even exploded! The product is completely unreliable, with no proper safety standards or quality. Don’t purchase it—it’s a waste of money and potentially dangerous.

Extremely slow and inefficient to the point of being almost useless. Takes over 20 minutes to partially melt a little bit of wax. Would not recommend.

Today I received the product and used . I did Rica Wax on my face with the help of wax heater. It worked well. As per the reviews, it heats slow but its wrong. Machine starts melting the wax within a minutes and maintains the temperature. Wax heater quality is sturdy and good in condition. Today I received and used , now lets see how it goes for long. I totally recommend to buy this product. Initially i saw there is no return policy if we receive bad product but no regrets to buy. Go for it. Its good. Only one cons is wire is too short. Thankyou. Buy it.

1. Purchased this items after considering the reviews, however this doesn't work as mentioned in the reviews. 2. Heating is very slow, It never melted my wax. 3. Wax contained is of different size, therefore my wax tin is not getting fit in the bowl. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL 4. Please make purchase wisely, do not get influenced with reviews. 5. Got exactly what I expected. The wax heater has a separate heating bowl that can be cleaned after use. This product is perfect for at-home as well as salon waxing. You can buy it without a thought.

It takes a little time to heat but once the wax melt it works perfectly. Usefully product. Saves my money that I used to waste in tje parlour.

Overall good..but tooo slow to heat up..one has to plug it on long before they need it. This thing could have been better.
