We moved my Mum and Dad in with us during the first lockdown. I bought a number of these grab rails to help with getting up and down the stairs. These not only look great, but were easy to fit and came in so handy. I've actually left in place as I find them so handy myself and they don't look out of place. Can highly recommend.

I purchased this rail to install by the side of some external steps at my parents house. It was going onto the house wall and was really easy to markup and fit, a couple of quick measurements, drill and plug six holes, screw it tightly onto the wall, ... job done ! ( It doesn't come with accessories, so you will have to provide your own ) ... I must admit, i really do like this rail, it has a good solid firm feel about it, the white gloss finish is lovely and not slippy to hold, and above all the price was very reasonable without getting ripped off !

Excellently made and finished well... 3 screw holes to each end so easy to secure with self bought 40mm screws and plastic covers for the screw heads... It assists all stair users!!!

The Homecraft brand will help you adapt to your environment. But it won't supply fixings for it's hand rails. I was lucky as I have spare fixings from other disabled adaptations I've done but I would have expected the fixings to come with the hand rail to start with so for this reason I do not recommend this particular hand rail.

Put this handrail along six steps. Solid and comfortable . Easy to install. Many compliments on how it looks and how useful it is.
