In spite of a brand name that doesn't traverse the Oceans well, this is a solidly built and quietly functioning Exercise Bike. Assembly was relatively easy. I only installed the handlebars backward ONCE! About the only item that wasn't perfect was the strap over the right pedal, which got smushed down in transit and still hasn't popped back up to allow my foot to slip in without prying open. I requested the extra seat padding, as offered inside the box, but have not yet received it (4+ months later?). Beyond that, this bike stacked up well against what I saw elsewhere.

My review is solely for Pooboo’s customer service rep Tina. I purchased the bike on one of the Amazon Prime Days. Fantastic price! I was so excited and could not wait to get the it! I monitored the tracking and on the day it was to finally arrive, I received the delivery notification. Yes! It’s here! I opened the door and didn’t see it. I went outside and walked around the entire property but it was nowhere to be found. I checked the detailed tracking and it said it was put in front of my garage. Dangit!!! Bad idea. The garage is clearly visible to any and all who pass in front of my house. I had specific instructions on my Amazon account to make sure all orders are placed at my front door which is secure and not visible from the street. When I couldn’t locate the bike, I was crushed and I reached out to customer service at Pooboo and was connected with Tina. Tina is awesome! I messaged her on a Friday evening and she responded that she would address when back in the office on Monday. I checked around the property over the weekend to see if the bike popped up (maybe it was originally delivered to a neighbor’s home in error and they brought it over). No dice. It wasn’t here so I sent Tina an update on Sunday to let her know. On Monday, she got back to me and a refund was issued immediately. I’m going to put up a security camera system and will then try my order again. Thanks, Tina!!!

Purchased for spouse after a surgical procedure and she likes it a lot. Quiet, sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. Sometimes she forgets how long she's been riding. Easy assembly. everything fit well. Good value for the money and for the intended use.

I recently purchased this bike for my wife for Christmas. It came quickly and I had no problems with the assembly it took me about a half an hour. Everything worked great about the bike but my wife felt that it just wasn’t comfortable for her. I contacted Tina at Customer Service and I explained my situation and she was able to fully refund my money, no return needed due to concerns about being too hard for me accomplish the job myself. I am very grateful to her and the company.

Absolutely love this bike! I usually take spin classes but lately haven't been able to with my busy schedule. Got this bike so I could do them at home. The bike is sturdy with great features and a comfortable ride. The seat is super comfy and doesn't even need a cover ( the bike seats are normally so uncomfortable that I am bruised from them after a workout). I just set up my phone with a youtube class and get to track my rpm and heart rate and everything! 10/10. Also I had an issue with the screen and I emailed the contact provided on the bike and they responded by the next day and sent out a new one immediately. Great customer service!

The best purchase I made in 2025. Easy to assemble, I started using it almost every day, first for 10 minutes, and now after two weeks, I use it every other day for 30 or 45 minutes. It is easy to move, sturdy, and doesn’t make any noise. Stability is great, please check the maximum weight limit. The Bluetooth works well most of the time with my android phone. Love the bicycle and recommend it to any working from home, or anyone starting exercising.

Amazing bicycle

The LCD screen stopped working after about 20 rides. Thought it was the battery. Changed batteries and one of them got really hot. I sent an email to get a replacement and have not heard back. I cannot connect to my riding apps any more. I loved this bike at first, but when it stops working and the company doesn't respond, it makes the whole thing very frustrating. I should have paid more for a better brand.
