great monitor
Great battery monitor for scissor lift. You can set low battery voltage so the alarm will go off when you reach certain voltage. Works great.

Does not work
I installed this with dc/dc charger and Renogy One Core on my boat this summer. Only worked for a few months. For some reason it looses connection and it is inaccurate with the battery state. Constantly have to reset the shunt. I reached out to Renogy and they are useless. I will be switching my system to Victron in the next few weeks.

Works as expected, only 1 complaint.
Seems to work well, only issue is it only connects either bluetooth on device or bluetooth through one core. All their other items can do both at once.

Good working hardware, ok software
I’m in the process of switching my battery system in my travel van from lead acid to lithium with solar charging. I’m very happy with this hardware, it functions very well. It was super easy to install though the unit is kind of large compared to the bt module used for the solar charge controller. My one complaint is that the app that Renogy has to use it is not great. It does not seem to continuously monitor instead, you have to connect to the shunt every time you want to check consumption or charging. I’ll be adding the solar charge controller bt module and will be interested to find out if it has more of a continuous function within the app or if is a strictly one log in one reading function like this.

It works, but the app sucks.
It works for the most part. The app sucks though, no real data logging. Always have to restart the app, sometimes have to disconnect the shunt from power and give it a reboot. I would give it 5 stars if the app did data logging.

Well constructed. Easy to install and connect to Bluetooth

Well, it worked for a couple of days
Bought this to monitor the batteries on my ryobi lawnmower when I changed from lead acid to LiFePo4 batteries. It worked when installed, then I put it the test by mowing my lawn. While mowing I was able to review the current draw and total usage as expected. After mowing I plugged in the charger and was able to see the charging current. When charging was complete I turned off the charger and let everything sit till my next mow. After sitting for a week the info coming from the shunt to the app was stuck at the end of the charging cycle. It showed 0.1A charging even though the charger had been shut off for a week. Even while I was mowing and discharging the battery nothing changed in the app. I can probably resolve this by resetting the shunt, but that is not acceptable since it defeats the purpose of the shunt. Resetting it render the current state of the of the battery irrelevant and will likely eliminate the historical data. This also a terrible option for me because the reset button on the shunt is very difficult to reach.. To add insult to injury, the reason I bought the Renogy shunt over the Victron smart shunt was because the Renogy was less expensive when I purchased, but now the Victron shunt is $20 cheaper than what I paid for the Renogy.
