Ever since indulging in posh fries (truffle dust and parmesan) at a London stall, I've been hooked on truffle dust. After seeing the positive reviews for this brand, I decided to give it a try. This item heard about it once then tried it once the taste was mind blowing. The smell is strong and has a gritty texture. So be careful on the size you use as it is potent. I use a lot and it has lasted a while so the durability of this product is good and as I said the quality of is top notch

Undecided about this but not the best sign when it even brings to mind Asafoetida though I do sort of like it. As a lot of reviews state or imply it has a very nice hint of truffle but not very forthcoming when added to a dish unless you search out the flavour in your mouth. If you tip some into your clean (or rotten dirty if you prefer extra flavour) palm and lick it off then there is a very nice truffle zest fungi flavour but I didn't get the same when I sprinkled it over my bacon and cheese pasta even when adding some truffle oil. Still early days and I think I will use it all but will I buy it again? It wouldn't be a disaster if I got to like it more and did end up trying again. The jar does seem that it would go a long way, adding little sprinkles here and there and it does have a bit more flavour zip than smoother truffle oil. Probably worth giving a try. If it really did add it's flavour more noticeably to food then it would be 5 stars from me. As some have suggested it's maybe overpriced as is but it's not terrible. I think it does grow on you.

Brilliant! Love this! I use it in a mushroom pasta dish and it gives a very delicate truffle flavour. You only need a small sprinkle so the product lasts for ages.

Great product n good flavour

Bought this well-sized for a specific dish my missis had in mind. It’s a smooth, earthy powder that adds a real hit of truffle flavour without overwhelming the food. A little goes a long way, and it's been a fun way to elevate simple meals. Definitely will stock up again!

Overall it’s great for the price and is a cheap way to recreate truffle flavour. The smell of the seasoning is fantastic however when it comes to actually eating the food it always lacks the taste compared to the smell. Still a good product but not quite what I was hoping for.

Its pricey but worth every penny. This is my second purchase. I use this alot, when cooker pasta dishes and sprinkle on plain crisps. Its also nice on chips! You don't need to use a lot so the jar last month's.

I bought this based on reading the reviews and people are not wrong! OMFG this stuff is amazing. The smell of truffle when you open the jar each time is stunning. I really like that I can use more or less depending on how much flavour I want, instead of it being mixed with salt which could make food too salty. Cook up a steak, heat up some sour cream in the left over juices and add truffle zest. Instant mushroom sauce.

This is amazing! I found this from Blue Apron because a tiny package of this came with one of the recipes and I wanted more of it so I found this larger container on Amazon. It is a bit expensive, but at least the quality seems very good, the powder doesnt cake together and the container was more full than I was expecting it to be, so it'll probably last a while and I think it is still pretty much worth the price. The smell and flavor is amazing, it goes so well with everything, I love this on eggs, grilled cheese, pasta, popcorn, I sometimes also sprinkle it on chips and other crunchy snacks and it elevates them. Funny thing is I've usually not been a fan of truffle but theres just smth about this one that gets me.

Product does not taste like truffle. It tastes very artificial not truffle-like. Either the amount of truffle is so little and compensated by other things, or it only has chemicals that poorly mimic the flavor.
