it really works
I really like this tea it works really good and I usually use 2 bags of sleepy time tea but one of this does the trick taste good.calming affect is amazing sleep quality amazing freshness good value for money good.

This tea is a great evening beverage to help induce sleep. I especially love that it has probiotics that help the digestion process the next day. This is the best price i have found thus far, but the main thing is that it helps me to get good quality sleep (no drugs!)
