Tried the tea for the first time.I used 2 tea bags as I drink from a 20 ounce mug. The taste is good and it is a very relaxing tea.

This tea is a great evening beverage to help induce sleep. I especially love that it has probiotics that help the digestion process the next day. This is the best price i have found thus far, but the main thing is that it helps me to get good quality sleep (no drugs!)
