Extremely Disappointed - Shoes Fell Apart in One Month use I am utterly disappointed with my purchase of Louis Stitch shoes. After hearing positive things about the brand, I decided to invest in a pair, expecting quality and durability. However, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Within just one month of light use, the shoes have deteriorated beyond repair. The stitching started to come undone within the first two weeks, and by the end of the month, the soles began to detach. The material, which initially seemed promising, quickly showed signs of wear and tear, making the shoes look years old instead of weeks. To add to my frustration, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I contacted them about the issue. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility and offered no solution or compensation. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality product. I will not be purchasing from Louis Stitch again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. Save your money and look elsewhere for shoes that will actually last.

I liked the shoe, simple and professional. Some my fellow office person have asked about that. They also planning to buy this. Quality, weight appearance are all very professional which serves the purpose. Based on the initial use I am very hopeful that the durability will also be very good. Best of luck to the makers. The shoes are okay overall, but the material is not leather. After wearing them, it feels like they may not last very long. There are noticeable wrinkles forming on the upper/front area near the toes where more pressure is applied while walking. Because of this extra pressure, the shoes may get damaged from the same area in the future. Also, this brand usually provides its own shoe shiner with the shoes, but I did not receive it in the box, which was disappointing.

Love this product. Value for money. Leather quality is awesome. Looks and fits well.
