I have been in PT for nearly two years, and the thing I consistently get the most out of is EMS. I'm trying to get to where I can discontinue PT (with my team's agreement), but I don't want to give up stim, so I bought this to try a home option. I've had another in earlier years and it did not do much, but I am surprisingly thrilled with this unit. For the price point, it actually works very well. I have been pleasantly surprised to find it does a better job than I had expecting for a small, "civilian" unit. It's very simple to use, it's compact, the pads are of good quality and it's easy to get replacements for them, and they stick extremely well for a handful of uses. I think I've gotten around 8-10 uses per pad. I use this little machine daily and I do feel a difference, as gauged by less pain and better sleep. Great product for a reasonable price.

Fair warning though—start low unless you enjoy being politely reminded that electricity is not a joke. Overall, it’s a great massager for pain relief and muscle relaxation, works exactly as advertised, and for the price it feels like having a mini massage therapist that doesn’t talk and never asks for a tip.

Works great. The battery holds a charge for long periods of time. The contact pads last for multiple uses. Helps with multiple pain points. Easy to setup and use. Unit looks sleek and is small enough to fit in your pocket.

It's easy to use and very efficient for pain relief. The battery is very last long. I have used it for a week without charging.

I’m really looking forward to using this 3-in-1 TENS unit for my upcoming natural labor in a few weeks. I’ve heard great things about it and I’m hopeful it will help me manage contractions and stay more comfortable during labor. I also like that it can be used before and after for general pain relief, which makes it feel even more useful beyond just childbirth. It seems easy to use and like something that will be helpful during such an intense experience. Overall, I’m excited to have this as part of my birth plan and hoping it works well for supporting a more natural, manageable labor experience.

Very nice Tens Unit . The other day I woke up with such a stiff neck. I couldn’t hardly move my neck to the right . My sister finally says order a Tens Unit. So I got on Amazon and I looked at this unit and I thought it looked great and I’m so glad I did because it is the perfect little unit with six pairs of electro pads. It’s a very nice unit. It has 30 settings you won’t be disappointed . I have 4 pads on me as I write this review. Comes with a nice little storage bag . Easy to take along with you. Charging cord and board to put pads . Manuals & quick guide. If you’re in pain don’t hesitate this is a gem! read the manual first, and it tells you all about the safety factors . The pads have a nice stickiness to them. Make sure you clean your skin before placing pads in place and do not place on open wounds. Pads are easy to remove and put back on the little films or on the board they provide.

I bought this muscle stimulator to help relax my muscles after intense training days and also heavy days at work, it’s working very well the patches provided are sticky and reusable, I like the design is very small and compact and you can get a lot of hours of therapy with one charge on the unit is easy to use, the only thing I would improve will be add a belt clip or a clip that can be attached to your clothes don’t have any, but over all I give it 5 stars, solid and good quality product.

The item was good, but I did get a chance to use it
