I have been in PT for nearly two years, and the thing I consistently get the most out of is EMS. I'm trying to get to where I can discontinue PT (with my team's agreement), but I don't want to give up stim, so I bought this to try a home option. I've had another in earlier years and it did not do much, but I am surprisingly thrilled with this unit. For the price point, it actually works very well. I have been pleasantly surprised to find it does a better job than I had expecting for a small, "civilian" unit. It's very simple to use, it's compact, the pads are of good quality and it's easy to get replacements for them, and they stick extremely well for a handful of uses. I think I've gotten around 8-10 uses per pad. I use this little machine daily and I do feel a difference, as gauged by less pain and better sleep. Great product for a reasonable price.

I bought this AVCoo TENS unit hoping for some relief and ended up wondering why I didn’t get one sooner, because this little device absolutely gets the job done. The pads stick really well (no peeling off mid-session), the settings are easy to understand, and the different modes actually feel different instead of all being the same buzz with fancy names. It gives a strong, consistent massage that feels like tiny professionals going to work on sore muscles, and the intensity levels go high enough to mean business without feeling out of control. I’ve used it on my back, shoulders, and legs, and every time it delivers that “ahhh” feeling that makes you sit there longer than planned. Battery life is solid, the screen is clear, and switching modes is simple even if you’re half asleep relaxing. Fair warning though—start low unless you enjoy being politely reminded that electricity is not a joke. Overall, it’s a great massager for pain relief and muscle relaxation, works exactly as advertised, and for the price it feels like having a mini massage therapist that doesn’t talk and never asks for a tip.

Works great. The battery holds a charge for long periods of time. The contact pads last for multiple uses. Helps with multiple pain points. Easy to setup and use. Unit looks sleek and is small enough to fit in your pocket.

This works extremely well. I bought this to try if it would help with my peripheral neuropathy. It does. It's actually been one of the best treatments, if not the best. I also have a herniated disk which can cause back and leg problems. The AVCOO has worked amazingly. The other nice part is that there are multiple settings for different areas, BUT it also has TANS, EMS, and Relax. And they are all significantly different. Now the other point; there is a learning curve. It's likely worthless if you don't know where to put the pads. Look up your desired effect, and place the pads and set the mode accordingly

I used the unit for sore muscles, and it eased the pain. It seemed to work very well. My wife used it this morning and it helped with a back ache.

I bought this muscle stimulator to help relax my muscles after intense training days and also heavy days at work, it’s working very well the patches provided are sticky and reusable, I like the design is very small and compact and you can get a lot of hours of therapy with one charge on the unit is easy to use, the only thing I would improve will be add a belt clip or a clip that can be attached to your clothes don’t have any, but over all I give it 5 stars, solid and good quality product.

Very nice Tens Unit . The other day I woke up with such a stiff neck. I couldn’t hardly move my neck to the right . My sister finally says order a Tens Unit. So I got on Amazon and I looked at this unit and I thought it looked great and I’m so glad I did because it is the perfect little unit with six pairs of electro pads. It’s a very nice unit. It has 30 settings you won’t be disappointed . I have 4 pads on me as I write this review. Comes with a nice little storage bag . Easy to take along with you. Charging cord and board to put pads . Manuals & quick guide. If you’re in pain don’t hesitate this is a gem! read the manual first, and it tells you all about the safety factors . The pads have a nice stickiness to them. Make sure you clean your skin before placing pads in place and do not place on open wounds. Pads are easy to remove and put back on the little films or on the board they provide.

Perfect for my needs! My wife suffers from chronic back pain AND neuropathy in her feet. This unit is almost the exact same one the therapist used! With a co-pay of 45.00 a session (twice a week) it adds up fast! The easy-to-use instructions make it a breeze to use. I would suggest you purchase a backup set of pads, just to have on hand. Battery powered so we can take it anywhere! In the RV, camping or on a vacation! Compact and comes in a sturdy box to eliminate the chance of losing anything.
