Some are orange, which is neon gas, and others are more purple, which is argon gas. Neon is more for anti-aging, and argon is more for acne. I have been wanting to get 2 birds with one stone, but most either are only neon or argon, or have separate attachments that you have to switch out...and they can be pretty pricey and not have the same attachments for each kind. This device is a fusion of argon and neon, so each attachment can be used to both! I chose this device from this brand after reading extensively about the product, and others' reviews. The price swept me away as well! The ease of use is fantastic, the functionality is great, all you have to do is plug it in and turn the nob on the bottom! It gives a little zapping tingling sense, but I have to tell you that results are great! I had deep acne (like the ones that never come to the service) on my neck...after 4 uses...they're GONE! As you can see in the pictures, it comes with the 4 attachments, the handheld device, the box with storage, a picture of what to expect, and the manual. It's so easy to use and makes a difference. As for long-term results, I will come back when I've had more time with my little friend. I will set a calendar date for an update, because most people forget. I just had my sister buy the exact one, because of how happy I am with this. I also heard that the company has good customer service, but have not experienced it myself, but if I do I will update. This is a well worth it purchase!

I bought this because I'm into electrical engineering and stuff like that. And I heard of Nikola Tesla building one like that back in the early 1900s so I found it on Amazon and decide to buy it and it was cheap. And I use it all the time and it's really cool use it on my feet my neck my temples.

Received device a day ago and it has already stopped working.

I bought it for my daughter who has frequent breakouts. I had a break out myself and decided to use it. I washed my face and then put snail mucin on and used the attachment for spot treatments. The next morning it had pretty much disappeared. The different attachments are great for targeting specific areas. However, we have not had much luck with the bigger mushroom attachment emitting much gas or light. It also has a noticeable smell but it is not overwhelming. I can't wait to see the improvements in my daughter's skin with continuous use.

I think it is a good product. I had two wands that did not glow indicating no or low gas inside.

Item works well. Does have a smell which the packaging states is normal. Does make an electricity noise which is also normal. After about two weeks, it has helped me manage stubborn acne as well as reduce the appearance of newly formed wrinkles. I recommend using a gauze between the skin and tool to make sliding across the skin easier. Watch lots of videos about tips for use.
