I had to buy this battery after realizing that Greenworks lawn mower 2 batteries ( 1 80V 4AH and 1 80V 2 AH) are not enough to cover my lawn without one & half recharges which becomes very time consuming.After buying this 80V 3.5 AH battery, I can now complete full lawn mowing without needing to recharge in between. Very happy that I could get over my initial skepticism that this Supowill was a brand previously unknown to me.

Fast charging. When hooked up properly, information is high quality and rapid. Able to get 3 to 4 confessions per charge. Small enough for field use. Has yet to leave significant char marks that can’t be explained. Needs adapter if used with nipple clips or scrotal piercings. Uncertain if TSA approved.

Got this battery to extend the runtime on my greenworks blower and it's been a godsend. We have only had it for 3 months so far but its worked great, no issues with charging, diminishing power or anything like that. Time will tell.That being said, it looks and feels like a quality replacement battery.

Would not lock into any of the tools without jamming it into the tool with excessive pressure. After the initial charge it would not take another charge.

Initially, I was skeptical of replacement batteries that were not same brand, but I've had great luck with aftermarket batteries from Amazon so decided to give this Supowill 80V 3.5Ah Replacement for Greenworks 80V Battery a try.Worked fine and offered longevity and power.Fit well on 80v charger and we were in business with a backup battery.Happy to have a low-cost solution for a really expensive battery.Best I can tell, getting the same amount of power from this one as the original.

This review is for the SUPOWILL 80V 3.5Ah Replacement for Greenworks 80V Battery.I have acquired several aftermarket batteries from different sellers for 80V Greenworks tools. All of these batteries have exactly the same design, markings and labels as well as similar prices, but they do have different weights (this is the lightest of the aftermarket batteries). I evaluated their capacity by loading them into a Greenworks Pro 80V (300 Watt) Power Inverter, 120V AC. I plugged a watt meter into the inverter, then plugged a lamp equipped with a nominal 200W 120V incandescent bulb into the meter to monitor the actual power draw. I ran the light until the inverter shut down due to low battery voltage. I calculated the watt-hour capacity of the battery by multiplying the hours of run time provided by the battery times the measured watts drawn, then divided the Wh by 80V to calculate the amp-hours (Ah) capacity of the battery.For comparison, I carried out the same procedure using a genuine Greenworks OEM 2.0Ah (144Wh) battery. This was not an ideal baseline battery because it is several years old, it has been through a great many charge-discharge cycles, and it powers my leaf blower for a noticeably shorter time than when it was new. But that's what I had, and that's what I used.The SUPOWILL battery perfectly fit and powered my Greenworks 80V leaf blower and string trimmer. I fully charged it using a Greenworks 80V battery charger before evaluating it.The results of my evaluation are shown in the table below. Still, that's a useful amount and is substantially more than the capacity of my years-old Greenworks battery. It's also the second-best performing battery of the group I have tested. The current price of the SUPOWILL battery is significantly less that that of a 2.0Ah OEM Greenworks battery so, if the SUPOWILL battery has the longevity and durability of the OEM battery, I will be happy with it and consider it an acceptable deal. For now, it rates 4 stars given its performance and price point.

Comparing this to the factory batteries.Utilized on my Greenworsk Pro 21" lawnmower. The lawnmower came with 2.0ah batteries and I can get my backyard done most of the time with just 1 battery, but when the grass is higher, I have to use both batteries. This battery has allowed me to get my back yard and a partial of my front yard done with just one charge. The rpm's are the same using this battery vs the factory batteries, it just lasts longer. It takes about 45minutes from empty to full charge, after it cools though. For the life span of this battery, I am unable to state as this is the first season of useage and so far 8 uses and it still maintains about the same amount of use time.

Have no idea if it will last as long as the OEM, or offer the same runtime as the OEM (aftermarket amp-hours are usually exaggerated compared to the OEMs) but if any problems are encountered, I will update.
