I haven’t had the chance to use this push-up board and home gym set yet because it’s a Christmas gift for my son, but I’m really impressed with everything that comes in the box. The kit includes the push-up board, Pilates bar, resistance bands, ab roller, and a bunch of accessories — definitely a complete setup for full-body workouts at home. Everything looks well-made and sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. It’s compact and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for. If the performance matches the quality and variety of the equipment, I think my son is going to love it. I’ll update the review once he’s had a chance to put it to use, but so far, it seems like a great purchase!

This is a great little "machine" to own. Curl with the bar, ab roller, push ups and many other things. However I was a little disappointed with a few things. First off the complete and blatant lie of store everything on the bottom. Not a single thing is big enough to stay in place. It just moves around and if you were to attempt to flip it over everything will fall out. So it comes with a bag for your storage of all the parts. The main reason I bought this was for small storage. Turns out that isn't going to happen. Now the bag isn't big but it isn't as described either. Some would call that false advertisement. Especially since it says it on the box even. Now it is great regardless of all that, but as you can see in the photos. The grips are tiny and meant for someone smaller such as a woman. The entire time it grips and rips the meat off my hands. Again it's great, easy to use and serves it's purpose. Just had a few downsides i wish I had known about prior but there were zero reviews on the orange model. Hope this helps

I was doing push-ups on my own @ home and thought to buy this on a whim. This serves as a mini home gym for sure! I thought my form was good but could use improvement but upon using this push up board I learned my form wasn't great. The board definitely emphasizes good form and focuses on 4 different muscle groups (chest/back/shoulders/ arms) which correlate to a different color. The board came with 3 sets of resistance bands and pilates bars/wheels as well. Self explanatory to setup. Incredibly compact so you could travel with it! I've owned the board for a bit now and it's very sturdy and well built. I'm 230lbs and it supports me with no issues. I would highly recommend this as a not only a pushup board but as a mini home "gym" on a budget.
