Rubber care
Works well

A handy care
A useful care during cold days. Especially good when silicone can't be used, as it destroys some types of rubber, so this product should be safe to use for door seals.

Its a bit messy!
The door seals on the wife's car were getting a bit tired and letting in the odd drop of rain. I thought this product might be the ideal solution. Well, the short answer is - yes, it is very effective. However, it did prove a tad messy to use.Alas, the instructions are in German, so they're not a lot of help! As such, I followed the advice of other reviewers and took the plunge. To begin, the product is too hard to use unless its a warm day or the stick is placed on a radiator for a minute. You push the stick contents from the bottom so you can rub the contents onto the rubber you want to treat - like a lipstick. However, this results in either too much or too little of the contents being applied and it being uneven. And then you have to smear it across all of the parts you want to treat. In the end, I found it easier to apply some of the contents onto a rag and then use the rag to cover all of the parts requiring treatment. This worked really well and the door seals now do their job - and look a lot fresher too. As a plus point, this treatment is odourless and easy to wash off your hands. So, it's a bit of a chore and I'm not convinced that a quick spray with WD40 won't do as good a job - even if it does smell a bit....

Does exactly what it says.
We bought a used Merecdes convertible which initially leaked like s sieve whenever it rained, with water inside the cockpit and especially into the boot. Initially I bought a (quite expensive) car cover to try and keep it dry but that became a bit impractical. Scoured the internet and found recommendations for this product. I was sceptical but thought it worth a try. I cleaned all the rubber seals first then applied this as per the instructions. Result? A bone dry car. I thought it might need regular applications to keep working but several months after the initial application there are no leaks. Wish I'd found this before I wasted money on the cover! Recommended

Not cheap, but does the job.
an easy to apply "rubber plumper" for your car seals (& more) simple foam applicator.Worth buying to keep water out of your car as it gets older! So far I've performed 4 full applications on our two Smart cars (450 series) (small cars but a lot of rubber) & one larger Vauxhall astra ..the bottle has hardly moved (though stupidly I did leave it to sweat in the car since last summer) rather than proper storage out of the heat. The Applicator is holding up well in terms of dispensing a controlled amount of silicon liquid & also keeping the shape & form of the material together (I think you'd get a few years out of it before it crumbled).Easy to apply, quick to dry in both summer & spring warmth, dries clear, no residue.

Excellent product, can cure minor leaks!
I bought a Renault Megane Convertible which had a leak on the drivers side rear window, I applied this stuff and it's sorted! It works by rejuvenating the rubber and makes it swell slightly which was enough in my case to create a seal on the part or the rubber where the water was getting in. One thing I'd recommend is applying this on a warm/hot day as it makes it a lot easier to apply, it's basically like a pritt stick or stick deodorant and is of a very similar consistency. Certainly a lot cheaper than replacing the rubbers on your car and used regularly should keep them in tip top condition. I'll definitely be purchasing more of this in the future!

No. 1 as far as I can see.
This is great stuff and the only one to buy to stop creaks from your BMW. Really does work, don't ask me how, but it does. Clean your rubbers well, let them dry, apply with the sponge top, like a shoe polish. Allow to dry. Go for a drive. Be astounded at the cheap fix. I was ages trying to locate the creaking and forums pointed to this stuff from Germany... I have applied it everywhere. Patio doors rubbers, window rubbers and seals. Instructions in German, but not an issue. a 5 year old would work it out. I tried numerous other products claiming to do the same, but they don't. This, however, certainly lives up to it's name. A bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for?

Good to keep your car rubbers sealed.
Good product, the only inconvenience is that it’s not as easy to use in winter when cold outside. Well winter is when i need the product to work as its more rain and protects my convertible for leaks. Does the job though. recommend this product. Could get a bit more in the tube, it is tiny for the price.
