It has taken me almost a week to get used to sleeping on this latex contour pillow, which at first did not seem comfy, although each night got more comfy.. I am used to a memory foam contour pillow, and this one feels more supportive, and relaxes my neck and shoulder muscles much better than my previous pillows. This is my first latex pillow, and I am quite pleased with it, and I do wake up with less neck pain. Because of the springy nature of the latex, it is easy to turn from side to side, and this size is comfortable while on my side or while I sleep on my back. I was surprised this pillow is made in China, rather than Thailand, but it seems of good quality. The seller responded to my questions and concerns quickly, in less than 24 hours. The latex itself is harvested in Thailand, and pillow produced in China, then sent to the American company Ledia. There was NO bad odor to the pillow at all. I recommend washing the pillow cases (includes 2, made of polyester) before using, and I use a cotton pillow case over it. It sleeps cool--I do not get hot or sweaty using this latex pillow. It is not made by the more expensive Talalay process, but is made by the Dunlop process in forming the latex foam, thus it is not the highest quality, but for the price it is comfortable and supportive, and I am a happy latex convert! There were no package inserts, so I am not sure how they abide by the 5-year guarantee, or what exactly is covered.

I’m really bummed. I thought I had finally found an amazing pillow and could stop worrying about them going flat. I was told latex pillows are amazing and don’t go flat, well.. This one was pretty much perfect up until last week. I bought it 2 months ago. It was soft yet firm enough, fluffy and so comfortable. I could get past the odd “natural” smell because it worked so well. It did take a couple days to fluff up properly, and one of the sides was slightly less fluffy than the other, but all in all it was great. Now I’ve had terrible neck pain and headaches every day this week due to this pillow (I sleep on my side and my back). It’s gotten too flat so that my neck is no longer aligned, and the material inside becomes too squished together when you lay on it that it feels like you’re sleeping on a hard pillow. Also the odor it came with has faded a bit but it’s still there. It’s not a bad smell but it’s not very pleasant either. Really disappointed that this didn’t last more than a mere 2 months. Back to the hunt for yet another pillow.

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on or even tried and I have about a dozen pillows I just got rid of. Words cannot describe how great this pillow is and I want to thank the designer for making the best pillow in the world! I loved it as soon as I tested it but I waited until I slept with it before writing a review. It has just the right amount of softness and just the right amount of support and springiness. There's absolutely no bad smell as I'm easily irritated by artificial scents, perfumes and odors but this pillow smells very mild, natural and pleasant. The covers are extremely soft and well made. I highly recommend this pillow! I LOVE this pillow!

I have been trying to find the perfect pillow for about 20 years. I sleep both on my back and sides and if I don't have proper neck support and pillow thickness I get a sore neck and headaches. When I first got this pillow I was not impressed -- it looked like it didn't have enough neck support. I was wrong -- the amount of neck support is perfect for me! The first night I was not even able to use the thickest side, I had to turn it around after about 30 minutes because I wasn't used to this much support. The second night I made it through the night on the thicker side and it was just right--could not have been better! Neck pain has been gone ever since I started sleeping on this pillow about 3 months ago now. I have tried so many different kinds of pillows in the last 20 years that I have lost count. I even tried the "My Pillow" that's advertised on TV. But I can't tell you how much better this pillow is than all of the other pillows that I have tried. I'm sleeping far better with no neck pain. And since this pillow is made with latex foam I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts for 20 years before it starts to break down. I am so glad to have finally found the perfect pillow!

I recently switched from memory foam to latex. My matteess topper and my pillows. I couldn't find a latex pillow that was thin as they all seem to be 5-6 inches thick. I have always been a stomach sleeper so I did find (and have been using) a thin profile latex pillow that is almost flat. Its half a normal pillow basically. Apparently I've become more of a side sleeper now so I was waking up with sore shoulders and neck. I decided to check again for a regular size latex pillow and came across this one. It doesn't give thickness dimensions, but it looked thinner than the normal 5-6 inch ones. And the price is half what my thin one was, so I decided to go for it. I'm glad I did because it's perfect! It actually is 5 inches thick from the middle but it's rounded on the sides. So turns out I was wrong to assume 5 inches was too thick. The rounded edges make the difference. And latex is springy so it has more give than memory foam. I used it the same day it was delivered. It expanded in a few hours except for one end that was still slightly flatter, but in the morning it was fully expanded. There was no smell to me at all but that could be because I'm already used to latex. I will be ordering another one for sure!

I have many and have had many Latex pillows over the years. For one thing they do in fact wear out all of them wear out after a couple years. This is by far the hardest most uncomfortably latex pillow I have ever experienced. They want me to pay 10 dollars to ship this junk back NO! prime supposed to be free returns but I have noticed they always try an charge you for returns now.
