Nice bright green powder with lots of polyphenol nutrients and antioxidants. Very good value in 1kg bag. I add about a teaspoon to all my main meals, at about 3 g per day, so it should last me over 300 days....costing around 4p per day. You can't grumble at that. I also add similar amounts of beetroot powder, mushroom powder and mixed curry spice powder (without the salt) to my main meal, to give a really good flavour. Adding the powders to homemade fermented items like apple & dried fruit chutney, and fermented cooked beans (similar to miso) is something I'm experimenting with. All my meals are based on fresh and/or frozen vegetables, with cooked whole grains, sometimes adding a little cheese or fish to the mix.
