I ordered several items from kitchen Inventions and when they arrived I discovered that a couple of the items we're not going to work. I left a voice message and a day or so later Alex returned my call. To make this short and get to the point the resolution to this issue was made extremely easy by Alex. Throughout this process I felt more that I was dealing with the friend than an individual I had never met before ... Absolutely amazing customer service! It is refreshing when you find a business, like kitchen inventions, that highly regard their customers to an extreme level. I 100% recommend Kitchen Inventions, Alex, and the team. When you have a great store combined with an awesome customer service team why go anywhere else ... Kitchen Inventions ... 5 large gold stars! Thank You! TA 🙂

Exactly what i was searching for. Although the rod arrived damaged, I received excellent customer service and the issue was corrected quickly after I contacted the company.

Handywoman suggested this purchase when redesigning closet after pole with clothes fell to floor from weight of clothes. It is so strong, that after installed and braced by wood, the handywoman was doing pullups on it…

Turned out beautiful for my walk in closet! Easy to cut! Very sturdy and great value for the price

This is a pain to return. It's advertised as returnable and I can't get any one to tell me how to return it. When I go through the online thing...even though it says it's eligible for return. I get a screen that says its ineligible for return. It's really annoying. The color is off.

Bought two of these about 60 days ago and then later I realized I needed another. The finish on the first two was a subtle bright brass, the lasted on a very dull gold color.
