Don't really know what's happened
I have purchased several of these taps from this supplier and never had issues. However, this time it ending costing a bit to rectify the issue. When the pillars are installed on the bath in the pre made holes, by the manufacturer, the body of the tap would not fit the pillars, they would not line up, the pillars were too far a part. I ended up purchasing additional pillars from Toolstation and the problem was solvedI can only assume that the angle of the pillars were incorrect

Easy to fit shower taps

Washers provided too small
The washers are too small and my backnut spanner unfortunately did not fit as the nuts were too small so i had to buy another one that fits to screw them on easily. I had to also buy larger washers very frustrating and annoying!!
