I was looking for a simple piece to add to my studio routine... I loved the simplicity of this! It's for kids - and I'm sure kids will get to use this at some point.. But for now, it's for me and my yoga , movement and stretch practice and I'm loving it! It's a super sturdy piece that is great for a back stretch.. I use an acupressure cushion with it too and it's ideal for back pain, and neck pain - just find your place on the curve of this and breathe .. feels amazing. For balance, it's , of course, a wonderful tool to practice yoga flows - carefully... It helps to make you practice in a more mindful manner, which I'm very much in need of right now... Use a yoga mat under this if you have wood or tile floors, or if you use it outdoors... I love the versatility of this piece and plan on a lot of great sessions incorporating this into varied routines too!

Purchased these for Christmas for two boys, 6 and 3, and the younger one loves it. They usually use it a couple minutes at a time when they feel the need and move on. Love the padding underneath to protect hardwood.

My kids are having so much fun with this balance board, to the point where I may need a second because they fight over whose turn it is. They use it in so many different ways, from sitting on it playing video games and ready, to balancing on both sides & trying to balance together standing on the board. My husband is even using it for his handstands and having fun.

I purchased this for my 2 year old toddler and I was surprised how large it was, we were both able to get on it together and wobble which was a blast! The quality is better than expected with very smooth edges and it feels much sturdier than I would have though. I would definitely recommend this for kids of all ages!

The board is great other than the edges chip easily. It’s sturdy and fun for the kids to play with.

This board is amazing. EVERYONE in the family can use it, for all different reasons and results. Young kids practice their balance while getting some exercise in. Young adults can use it to hone a certain skill, for example- a sports skill. And adults can use it for exercise, core balance, meditation. It literally can be used by all for so, so many things. This is truly an all in one product.

It's extremely well made and was like more than half the price of some of the name brands and does the same thing. I use it for balance and also in reverse for step exercise. Great economical piece for my home fitness collection.
