Not sticky/wet at all. Very dry under eye pads. Do not buy if you want them to be sticky/moist
I bought these because they looked just like the ones I used to buy and they are not. They’re not moist and have no “inner” and “outer” corner shape for the eye, therefore not as comfortable and relaxing for the client.

Great price, but not as sticky as some of the other eye pads that I use for eyelash extensions. They tend to shift a little bit during the service.
