At that time, the only issue I had experienced was an ignition problem, which I felt was acceptable after more than a year of use. Before my service request was attended, I received a call from Beyond requesting that I post a review on Amazon. I was informed that if I shared a positive review, my warranty would be extended by an additional six months. Since I was otherwise satisfied with the product at that time, I posted a 5-star review in good faith. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been disappointing. It has now been almost two months since I raised the complaint. While the ignition issue was eventually resolved, new problems have appeared. The batteries now drain within couple of days, and the timer has stopped working properly. Despite repeated follow-ups, these issues remain unresolved. To make matters worse, the promised six-month extended warranty has also not been provided so far, despite the assurance given to me. No product is perfect, and occasional defects can happen with any brand. What truly matters is how efficiently a company handles after-sales service and stands by its commitments. In my case, the service experience and the unfulfilled warranty promise have significantly changed my opinion of the brand.
