It is really not a good one. Seller and company provide it a roll form. It is not at all taking shape. I am waiting for last 2 hours. In fact, any kind of instruction is not being shared along with the product.

The photo and description is misleading as it shows support for full back whereas in reality it is half the size and only supports shoulder upwards. Otherwise the quality of the foam and material is good and back feel is very solid and comfortable.
