True to size and indicated measurements. Fabric is super breathable, smooth, slightly shiny and super sexy, not sheer and fits as advertised like a second skin. Temperature regulation means in this case that it cools. Aeroflex is not meant for and suitable as base layer for cold days without sports activity, for that exists the Arctic shield series. Mild compression, but not as strong like you might know it from other pants are are purely dedicated to sports and running. They are super light weighted and an absolute bang for the buck. Absolute recommendation ! BUT BE AWARE: THE BLUE VERSION shown here or in other slips and pants of Real Men is NOT what you will get. In some it‘s a grayish blue, in others a light blue, but NEVER the nice vibrant blue that you see in the images! THAT is a total let-down !! The blue version you’re get is not an attention-catcher, but reminds of Grampy“s Long Johns. ☹️ Also, now owning a pair of each color except for the whites, all in same sizes, in my case the D Pouch of the blue pair is PROVIDING WAY MORE ROOM than the D Pouch of the grey and black version. I wear a 34“ in Jeans and size M in those is perfect - tight but not too tight.

This is far more comfortable than more-typical designs. The smooth, stretchy nylon gives light compression everywhere it's wanted, and the legs are long enough for a tall person. Side pockets imply it's intended as outerwear in public, which seems socially risky. For at-home wear or cool (not severely cold) weather underwear it's excellent. The D pouch is a very nice size and shape, providing comfortable outward lift (even when sitting), without squashing, and allowing a good bit of motion with physical activity. The pouch uses a double layer of fabric, making it warmer and less stretchy where breathability and easy stretchability would be appreciated. But it feels great anyway.

Glad to finally see someone wasn't shy about making a long John for men's anatomy. Most makers of clothing threat this area as if it doesn't exist with flat panels or hardly any cupping at all to fit properly. I tried these in the D pouch and while they are a complimentary fit, I don't think my package is quite that big, so I'm going to try it in the B pouch. I will amend this review when I get them. Am now going to try the boxer briefs since I like the long John. The only two things I would tweak is giving them slightly higher rise in the rear and starting the pouch seam about another quarter inch to 3/8 inch further back into the crotch so the seam doesn't sit right at the base of the scrotum. But, other than the Obviously brand underwear (which seem to be out of business now) , these are the best fitting mens underwear I've had. I've tried several. Some are gimmicky and don't quite deliver. These are real and don't feel gimmicky or poorly made. XXL fit me fine, other than the slight rise issue for the rear, I'm a 38 to 40 waist, 5' 10" 260 lb big boy and finding clothes that fit well is a challenge. The material could be just a bit softer and not feel so much like nylon, but i do realize modals are softer and tear more easily, so maybe this fabric is a good choice to make the long john more durable. They will work well under jeans, they shouldnt bind. The Real Men brand fits. While the D pouch is a bit much for me, I find it's not too big, like I said, I'm going to try the B pouch and let you guys know. I consider myself slightly above average for package size, but not a monster, either. So hopefully this review will be helpful to some guys out there trying to make a similar good call about what he buys. I'm sure many like me have a hard time finding the right fit. It's about time mens anatomy is taken more seriously, like women's bras are. I hope this small company makes new paths forward in mens underwear. I like what they've done so far.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these Real Men ABCD Pouch Compression Pants absolutely deserve it. First off, the fit is incredible — snug where it should be, without being restrictive. The ABCD pouch design is genius. It provides support and separation that makes a huge difference in comfort, especially during workouts or long days on your feet. The compression is firm but not suffocating, and the material is soft, breathable, and clearly high-quality. No awkward adjustments needed throughout the day, and they actually stay in place — no rolling waistband or riding up. I already love this brand, I have several pairs of their boxer briefs and I love these too, they're really comfortable. I wore them under my other pants on a cold day and noticed the difference. There was plenty of room in the pouch to be comfortable too, it felt like I wasn't wearing anything.

Exactly as described. Made of smooth nylon, I bought them for extra layer for extra warmth, and to sleep in winter they 100% do not bind on the jeans that wear over them They have four sized crotch pouches. I have D, it gives me all the room and support and “wiggle room” that I need. It has a hip pocket to keep my phone in! I’m 6”4 215 pounds. XL. They fit perfect. Most important was that the pouch did not crush my “package”. At the price, it’s amazing.

This is one of many purchases from Real Men and I will buy more. Very good fit and the pouch is not too big even in D size. Good swinging feeling when you move. What you have between your legs is very nicely presented and my wife says she cannot keep her hands away. Size is according to spec. I am 1.80/80 and M fits perfectly.

Fits like a glove, especially for your man parts! Best compression pants design for the 'REAL" men! The price is expensive, but the product is nice! Real compression. Stretchy Nylon.

Really comfortable, superb support. Like all Real Men wear - different look and feel but so comfortable. As many have said before - I wish these had been available many years ago. My wife suggested I wear running shorts over them before going for a run! They are longer in the leg, with good compression. Whilst relatively thin, they were perfect under ski trousers.
