It works for a list filling
Great for filling material. Easy to use for that situation. Holds well, my tooth is cracked in half and was filled by a dentist a few years ago and now he wanted over 500 bucks to redo it. Lmao. So I bought this and works great. Holds well. Easy to use, cost effective.

not what i expected
this may work for another purpose, but I thought they would fix a chip in one of my front teeth. It is a small chip that embarrasses me and before I have a chance to get it fixed this seemed like the perfect product. They do melt down to clear, soft plastic in hot water, but I could not get them to create a natural looking replacement. They did turn a little darker so could look like the corner of my tooth, but it kept falling off.

Effective magic for a sharp broken tooth
I managed to break off a sizable chunk of a pre-molar and promptly sliced my tongue when I used it to locate where that "tiny rock" in my mouth came from whilst flossing one Friday night. No dentist I'm aware of here on Earth works weekends so I was up to my own devices to solve the problem until I could get in and have a dentist fix it.There are many options, so I tried this as it's a relatively inexpensive solution. I also bought a more expensive option that required a knowledge of chemistry and sculpting skills... I was desperate. This package contains small plastic(?) beads you heat in hot water, then one squishes them together and stuffs the mass in the area needed. The first time I used too many beads and ended up with a large gob I ended up breaking in half and reheating to try again. You only need about 5 or 6 beads for half of a missing pre-molar (unless you have a really big mouth and teeth)I heat my water in the microwave and then use a spoon to set the beads in it. As soon as the beads turn clear you can squash them together and fix the problem. I recommend getting it in place and then biting down while still malleable so it meshes with teeth that will come into contact with it when you bite down/eat.I recommend a mirror as well. This works much like the old wax the orthodontist used to hand out, but better. It hardens and doesn't stick to food (unless it's hot). When hardened it turns white so it blends in well.I change out the plastic fix every morning and evening for sanitary reasons. As my broken tooth is in a tight spot I have to soften the plastic with a cup of hot tea and get creative pulling it out. (I will admit to using small needle nose craft pliers - don't judge. Also, don't yank. Get it heated well enough that it will slide out without resistance.)You could reuse the plastic by remelting it, but considering the price and the fact I want to keep the area clean, I throw it out and melt fresh beads each time.I should mention that eating hot foods will mush it around and create weird plastic flaps on the fix, which if you're like me, will drive you no short level of insane. I recommend chewing hot foods on the opposite side of your mouth. This has worked so well that I haven't tried the more expensive solution, and likely won't.I do recommend getting to a dentist ASAP as this isn't a permanent fix, but it works beautifully until you can and protects your tongue from getting shredded.

Not too shabby!
Pretty good for the most part, it dries kind of fast after put in the hot water doesnt really stick to your teeth by itself i had to use an adhesive. takes about 5-10 minutes to apply. it can break or bend if it hits your other teeth repeatedly and i would not recommend eating with it on, it will start to fall off after about 6-8 hours of wear, but otherwise i like it and i use it often.

Lifesaver in a pinch
Works great just heat small glass container of water for 20 seconds mix in 1/4 teaspoon of beads. Once they turn clear scoop up with a spoon then knead them into a ball. Knead them more and try to preshape it to fit the area you are covering/filing this helps to make it fit so it's easier to remove again. Once it starts to be less and less clear start fitting it in the area, if it's too clear when you remove it again it will clump together. Make sure to bite it once or twice lightly and feel that it's comfortable to your jaw. Once it feels the right shape carefully pry it back out and let it cure to being opaque white again.Works great with any food in my experience but does get roughed up from eating. If you don't do the procedure just right you can get it stuck and takes more work to remove (i.e pliers or heat)Overall awesome for a broken tooth!Just don't rush getting it to fit and cure correctly!

Greatest emergency tooth repair product!!!
So happy I found this!!! Had a crown fall out on Friday evening while eating dinner. Knowing there was no chance of a dentist seeing me over the weekend while my tongue was getting torn up on the sharp edges of the broken tooth I found this product. Ordered Friday night and recieved Saturday morning. Stuff is like magic!!!! A few beads (6 in my case) and some hot water for a few seconds and it turns into basically play dough. . Then I mashed it into the tooth and viola!!!!! Hardens in minutes and was able to eat, and everything like nothing ever happened! Love this product!

Ok if you don't eat or drink anything hot. Garbage product!
If you like to eat or drink anything hot it doesn't work. Comes right out, I almost swallowed it while eating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product at all... And it's not eligible for returns 😞
