Great relief!!
I love these supplements. My dr recommended these for my hot flashes...I couldn't be more grateful. They absolutely work. It took a few weeks to kick in but my hot flashes totally disappeared. I now have these on automatic delivery every 30 day for a 60 day supply because its recommend 1 tablet twice a day.

I've been taking this for YEARS and nothing beats it!
UPDATE 2025: Iโm still taking Remifemin once or twice a day and I am 65. Every time I try to stop taking it, the menopause symptoms come back. I canโt see any reason to stop taking it (besides cost) so Iโll probably be taking it forever. I have had no side effects, no liver enzyme problems like I read below and no other health issues from taking it. My doctors all know Iโm taking it and they never comment on it. It really, really helps, but give it a week or two. Iโve tried other, cheaper black cohosh supplements and they donโt work unfortunately. 2015: I'm 55 years old and I've been taking Remifemin since my gynecologist recommended it 10 years ago: two a day; one at night and one in the morning. I went to the gynecologist when I was in my mid-40's complaining of being constantly fatigued and never feeling like I got a good night's sleep. I was extremely moody and I would fly off the handle at every little thing. I didn't like myself or my life anymore. My gynecologist suggested that I simply was not getting quality sleep and that I was going through perimenopause. She recommended Remifemin because they had already been using it in Germany for 40 years with wonderful results. I tried it and it solved all my problems. No more waking up drenched in sweat, no more moodiness, no more waking up feeling exhausted, and I had a great attitude and absolutely NO HOT FLASHES! When my friends complain of hot flashes and moodiness, I always recommend Remifemin. I will take it as long as I need it since there are no side effects that I know of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This stuff is legit!
This stuff is the real deal! Iโve been using it for about 3โ4 months now, and let me tell you โ at 51, perimenopause had me feeling like I was starring in a nightly horror show: sweaty, sleepless, and ready to body-slam innocent bystanders for no good reason. So I figured, why not give this product a whirl before I start handing out folding chairs like itโs WrestleMania? Fast forward to now: Iโm sleeping like a baby (a baby who doesnโt wake up every hour drenched in sweat), the night sweats have ghosted me, and I no longer feel like I need an entrance theme just to walk into a room. Give it a few days โ itโs not instant magic, but itโs pretty close. Highly recommend!

herbs are a powerful medicine i find this is a great addition to the aresenal of herbs vitamins and minerals that keepmy sanity
First of all i want to say this is medicine. Herbs are medicine. Not everyone will react the same just like when you go get doctors medication. Dont confuse this with blue cohosh which is an entirely different thing, as that can give heart problems. Im just in the early stages i didnt know because i do not have hot flashes yet. I didnt know why all of a sudden i was batshit crazy and moody where nothing is right in the world. Upon realizing the crazy was from this hormonal loop de loop casting shade on my cheerful moods because my onset of wisdom years are setting in. I first started with progestacare lotion which made me feel like how an addict might feel when they shoot up, it gave me such relief within 10 minutes, im sensitive to my bodys energy and emotions and very in tune so it may not help in that way for you, i also use maca and vitanica womens phase 2 for menopausal support. I bought this because i was "off my meds" persay (went camping didnt take my aresenal with and got desperate for somemor help )i see my supplements as meds. This is a good addition because i dont have black cohosh in my routine. Two days in of being back on those meds i feel really balanced already. I take an aresenal of around 14 capsuls within a day. (2 of these remifeminin included ) It may seem much to some but I dont belive that allopathic medicine gets it right most of the time with the exception of penicillian discovery and a few other modern conveniences it offers. herbs, vitamins and minerals are my medicine, herbs are medicine, they are strong and powerful helpers, and some will work and some do really have side effects and sometimes you have to alter them and find a combination. (You hear all the time psychiatrists alterning meds for their patients becasue theyre not a correct cocktail) You may find a combination that works for you, becasue never mind those hot flashes its those dam mood swings and crazy all over feeling. And i teach yoga so thats such an oxymoron right there! Good luck let me know what combinations you have found to work for yourself. I will update if i find more from this supplement you need to know,

I am really stunned by the quick effectiveness
I underwent sudden, early menopause due to a medical condition. I was grossly unprepared for the hot flashes and night sweats (though not saying anyone ever really is prepared). I struggled with conventional medical therapies to relieve the flashes and sweats, because I experienced rather extreme side effects that were untenable. I was pretty desperate for relief, because I was having 10-20 hot flashes daily and night sweats every night. After reading summaries of the scientific studies on black kohosh for menopausal symptoms (such as fact sheets on NIH and U. Michigan Hospitals), I decided to try this particular product. I know that different women respond differently to different medications and supplements, just like each of us experiences menopause differently. However, in my case, cannot say enough about how much this product has helped me. I have been taking it for three weeks, and, since taking the first pill, I have had no night sweats and only one, minor hot flash. Thus, my experience is consistent with some of the other reviewers here who have said that they noticed a difference after just one pill. I highly recommend giving this product a try for hot flashes and night sweats, though it probably won't work for everyone. A side note that I have not yet had my liver enzymes checked since I started using this product, so I don't know about liver effects. For me, there will be an acceptable level of liver effects if Remifemin can get me through what I hope is the relatively short time in my life that I experience the menopausal symptoms. Additionally, this product has not helped me with sleep, because I have difficulties sleeping for reasons other than night sweats, and I haven't noticed a change in dryness.

Worked but not without side effects
In reading over past reviews for Remifemin, it truly reinforces for me how different every body reacts to drugs, and yes, herbal remedies are drugs, even though they theyโre not pharmaceuticals. My experience with previously treating extreme hot flashes and night sweats on the hour every hour 24-7, was with bio identical estrogens and progesterone, which did nothing. Well, thats not entirely true, as they caused rapid weight gain which I wasnโt willing to deal with as a competitive athlete. An alternative for me was Cordyceps mushrooms, which worked beautifully (almost magically) for about 6 months, but then the hot flashes returned along with pre-flash anxiety attacks. After 3 months of dealing with THAT, my naturopath suggested Remifemin. I was sceptical but desperate (being sleep deprived does that) so I purchased them for what I considered a nominal price. The first night of taking the Remifemin, I had only 3 hot flashes and the following day was noticeably better as well. Every day showed a bit more improvement and now Iโm down to zero hot flashes and suffice to say, my sleep is better. I also feel my mood is calmer but chalk that up (at least partially) to not being so sleep deprived. Itโs not without negative side effects, however. Iโm taking as directed, and have been experiencing some belly weight gain and swollen glands in my neck, as well as a lactic acid build up in my legs which is quite noticeable when climbing stairs. If I wasnโt an endurance athlete, I would probably overlook these side effects, but training is a big part of my life and itโs tough enough at the age of 55 without adding in additional challenges. My plan is to take one pill at night only and see if it cuts my side effects back, while holding my hot flashes at bay. Fingers crossed that it will be a good solution.

I can't live normal life without it!
I went through 2 year of severe hot flashes, night sweats an couldn't work or sleep without a fan blowing air by my face. I could not sleep for more then 1-2 hours without a hot flash waking me up. Then I found "Midnite Menopause Sleep" tablets on Amazon and they helped me to have some sleep, but they do not help at the day time. When I found these Remifemin pills and read in someone's a review that GYN doctor recommended it, I was eager to try that remedy. After a few weeks of using it I was really sorry that I did not find this remedy before! I was glad that people mentioned in their reviews that it takes 2 weeks for the medicine to kick in. I noticed some change in flashes after 10 days of taking this pills. I still had flashes, but they were not so vicious and prolonged. After that every day was better and better and flashes totally disappeared after 3 weeks of taking this Remifemin pills. If you forget to take a pill 1 -2 times, it is not so bad. But if you will stop it for a longer time, then you will have to start from the beginning. I was away from home for 4 weeks and did not take pills with me. At the end of the 3rd week the hot flashes and night sweats came back to me as vicious as before! It took me another 3 weeks of taking Remifemin to defeat these flashes again! I noticed, that when I take pill with coffee, black tea or with any juice then pill did not work. A green tea was OK, but water is better. When pill just started kicking in, I had much better night sleep when I additionally to Remifemin used "Midnite Menopause Sleep" chewable tablets before I was going to sleep. After taking Remifemin for 4 weeks, I do not need these "Midnite" pills anymore. I am really happy that such help is available and women do not have to take any Estrogen or any other harmful chemicals and do not need to suffer anymore. This herbal remedy which is completely hormone free and I love it! Just have to keep a supply and remember to take it twice a day. I love it!

Have your liver enzymes checked!!
I took hormone replacement for 5 years which worked fantastic for my hot flashes and other menopause symptoms but decided to stop taking them due to a very high incidence of breast cancer in my family. I am a nurse practitioner student and thought I would try these Remifemin products because there is at least a very small amount of evidence that they are helpful (many herbal products have none!) I was using the day time product and sometimes the night time one too. My hot flashes and night sweats decreased noticeably, although they did not disappear completely like they did while taking estrogen/progesterone. I was content to continue taking them until I had some routine blood work done and found out my liver enzymes were elevated (meaning something was damaging my liver). I am not overweight, don't drink, and was taking no other medications or supplements. My hepatitis panel was negative - there was nothing else that would have been causing this. I stopped taking Remifemin immediately and had my labs rechecked 6 weeks later and they had returned to normal. As it turns out, there are many documented cases of Black Cohosh (the active ingredient in Remifemin) causing liver toxicity. We like to think that "natural" products are harmless & without risks, but that is simply not the case. If you are going to take this product on a regular basis (or any herbal product), I strongly suggest you have your liver enzymes checked after a month to make sure you are not damaging your liver.

Excellent choice
The product really helps, but after a couple of weeks. So you have to wait to feel the effects. And take it daily.
