Works well. Helps keep my ears and throat clear. Will become more concentrated over time. Added sterile saline solution. On my second bottle. So far so good. No side affects however it is iodine so tell your doctor. It could be affect thyroid tests.

Really unsure about this product’s claim to help.. I used it but couldn’t handle two pumps because it’s very “liquidy” vs a mist. Would be too difficult to administer to a child. Because of this, I noticed no benefits. It has a metallic taste but not unbearably so.

This was recommended by a friend that's a singer and it did not disappoint. Cleared nose helps a lot when practicing sports when there's a lot of dust around. It is not a subtle mist, but that's good for me, I don't need something that I can't feel working from the first pump.

I really like this product because I found that it actually works pretty well and it did not burn or irritate my nose at all. It seemed to last at least 4 hours and did not make my nose run at all and the product is made in the USA and the sample I received expires in approximately two years which is a pretty good amount of time in my opinion.
