Bought this several times because it was recommended for those of us with alpha gal syndrome. Tastes very good...bubble gum flavor. Took at night & didn't have trouble with sleepyness.

dry free for those allergic to dyes
works and able to titrate the dose to suit me. The hospitals do not carry dye free benadryl and I have to supply my own when I go. I'm a MCAS pt and this is a routine emergency med and being colourless, means one less thing to react to.
