They worked and tasted perfect! To soak properly, dip them one at a time in a mix of cold brew espresso and coffee liqueur ONE SECOND on each side no more! Because they soak liquid very quickly and can fall apart very quickly.

At the beginning the product arrived wet, looks like the mail company damaged it while delivering. But later they resent it in perfect conditions. As an Italian I can say they are really good quality savoiardi cookies! Also great costumer service!!
