Was having a Traumatic (Event) Stress Belly. Yes it’s a real thing. I am proof that your mind and feelings actually control your gut( let’s call it belly from now on..ok? ) it did help my stomach pain and bloating .one day I woke up and none of my jeans fit, it was different day by day and one of my friends told me to try this because my stomach hurt all the time. Trying to eat was the worst and I swear I could feel this coating my belly ( like lidocaine) but on the inside. What relief🥳. They are easy to swallow and didn’t really have a smell. I think it’s a great value for the money. I wish they would have thrown in a couple of extra, but I would buy it again and again and again. As of right now, I don’t need it anymore. It seems to be under control. So if you’re having stress,anxiety, some depression, ptsd or just plain stomach B.S.? I would say give it a shot, I think you will be pleasantly surprised how well The Herbal relief compares to something prescribed -gi Dr gave me linzess (don’t do it ) It cost a fortune and gave me horrrible allergic reaction (and cramps) I mean, can you imagine I was already a hot mess, that’s all I needed. These start to work immediately, also helped me feel a lot less anxiety about eating and LiViNG again.

Works great for my gut and digestion. I don’t feel Bloated or stuffed after my meals. I started after reading the holistic book and it really helps me. I take daily in the morning. This is my second box.

These seem to work well so far, I’ve been taking them for about 10 days and my stomach bloat has noticeably gone down. It held after I forgot to take it for several days after the first 10, about 5-7. I’ve been looking like I’m 7-9 months pregnant at any given time for over a year so naturally, I’m optimistic this will help resolve my bloat and gastric dysmotility. I have GERD and I will note I’ve had an increase in feeling acid in the back of my throat and have had to take more medication. I’m ok with that if it works but will mention it to my doctor.

German chamomile and lemon balm are very relaxing and make me sleepy, but it helps to calm my GI system and reduces constipation and can improve diarrhea. I subscribed. I cannot take it three times a day or all I would do is sleep, plus the licorice is concerning for elevated BP. But for once a day it really helps.

Appears to be good ingredients & works well for many, but I failed to notice it had Licorice & it's not the deglycerized form so could present a problem for anyone with blood pressure concerns. Since my BP tends to fluctuate, I have since the purchase researched & found it can be dangerous for both low & high BP issues. So, I never even opened the box. Just wanted to make this review to point this out to someone else that might overlook this ingredient.

This was the worst thing I ever purchased off Amazon . #1 I bought this for IBS I looked at ingredients the 2nd thing listed is WHEAT! you never MENTIONED Wheat being in this product orSorbitol ANOTHER ingredient IBS suffers can NOT Have. Then to read on You NEVER Mentioned theres ALSO ETHANOL in This Product. I feel you misled me. You only Mentioned the Natural things that are actually good for IBS that's what made me buy it. And I wanted it sooner so I Paid an extra $9.99 shipping & handling for it to arrive early in the day. Only to wait all damn day for this CRAP Finally arrived after 6PM that's Not exceptable either. I paid extra for a product that misleads the consumer with their product and also The arrival time. Only to see With the ingredients listed Are NO GOOD FOR IBS. Maybe you should make a note of that. Someone with IBS Can end up in the Hospital with Just WHEAT ALONE. I never left a review and had to complain about 1 thing I EVER EVER Purchased off Amazon. Shame on YOU! And stop ripping people off saying to get it to arrive at a certain time I pay extra only TO BE WAY LATER THEN NOON OR 1PM AFTER 6PM. Extremely Disappointed Consumer. Try making it clear you can those products on your tv commercial also. Everyone is just out Toscana money nowadays it seems.
