I must say, I’ve been using this brand for about 6 months and I can definitely feel a difference in my overall gut health. They are very easy to take. My stomach use to be a mess. The littlest things would upset it and I would be downing Tums like candy. I finally got sick of doing that because I learned I was only making things worse by making my gut alkaline. So it was time for me to look into probiotics and I started hearing about Seed. It’s a bit on the expensive side but most really good probiotics are expensive. And these are really good. You get a month supply but once your gut start healing the next time you buy it, you can just take one a day you can turn it into a two month supply. Those random stomach grumbling has stopped. No more stomach aches after normal small meals. And no more random diarrhea even though I’m eating clean. I think I was suffering from leaky gut and I truly think these things are healing my gut and I’m so happy. I’m so glad I’m a nerd who watches so much information on YouTube because I’m very thankful for finding out about this brand.

I purchased this particular Synbiotic, because I wanted something that is actually helpful. Yes, it is more expensive than other brands. However, the quality is more beneficial and overall healthier. I gave it 4 stars and not 5, because I dislike the packaging. A lot of it was unnecessary and went into the garbage. The instructions say to take 1 daily and then increase it to 2 on day four. I am on day six and 1 does the job for me. You may be different from this, that is your own determination. No more constipation, no bloating, no gas, no heartburn, I will say that IF, IF I do not drink enough water, there is mild cramping. Drink enough water and problem solved. Great product I will be staying with.

This product does everything that the product’s advertising says it will do. After multiple surgeries, I am finally feeling and digesting normally after about Two to three weeks on this product .

Great product. Easy on my stomach. It really has no negative taste or odor. All the ingredients in one place for things I might be missing in my diet. I love it and have purchased a subscription.

These have started working after about 20 days and I was very constipated. Now I am getting regular. But I do feel the price is way too high hence the 4 stars. I’m afraid I might have to stop taking them because I spend a lot on my autoship. My husband thinks a 30 day supply shouldn’t be over 20.00 a month.

No bloated because of this product! ( with proper exercise and diet) I love it! But it is expensive.

Severe headache, fatigue and black circle around eyes. I'm not myself since I have started. I only take these with Vitamin D and B Complex. So I will stop taking them and observe the symptoms, if they disappear I will adjust the review accordingly.
