This is a must have for a serious baker or cook. This is hard to find in our grocery stores, and when we do find it the price is much higher. The crystal size is superior to other brands.

I purchased this flaked salt for m6 new container. Diamond crystal good product.

Flavor is great but expected larger flakes for kosher salt. Very fine. Not table salt fine but smaller than Morton’s coarse kosher. I use for rubs and don’t care for such a fine salt.
