I don’t know maybe I am the only reviews here that it’s not effective ,, because usually I’m buying from pharmacy my first time buying magnesium here but I can see the difference because the one from pharmacy I felt relax and I sleep well , but from this one I couldn’t sleep and if I sleep it’s only few hours I’ll wake up quickly. But people have difference effect on different medicine so maybe not work for me but work for you . So still try 👍🏽
