These poles are great. Lightweight, collapsible, & have several kind of interchangeable bottom depending on where you’re walking. They also have wrist straps.

Superb quality sticks at an amazing price point! Anything of equivalent quality and carbon fiber construction at REI or any other hiking or outdoor equipment specialty store would be well over $100. And the bonus is that Hiker Hunger Outfitters is an American small business.

I already have a great set of carbon poles for ski walking, love them, but they are not collapsible , I am going on trip to ireland and these although they are 25.5 inches collapsed they will fit in my sisters large case. Pole walking is a great way to add upper body to your walk, stand straighter and takes pressure off the 41 year nursing career knees that tend to give grief. I have used the poles twice now on my 5k walks and follow the video for adjusting, they are true and worthy
