This is the best of the powdered milk I've tried. Some of them have clumps that will not dissolve. By far the best.

Great taste. Mixes well. I don’t buy otc milk. I also like the whole milk. This is a great value. I have used dry milk for over 50 years. I am 94 years old.

I need milk in my morning coffee. As in NEED, not want. I'm still grumbling over a houseguest that, 4 years ago, woke up early and used the last of the milk for her cereal, leaving me with black coffee. I vowed never again, and now always have the aseptic cartons around. Still, I needed a back-up plan. (I know, I know, I admit to my quirks, lol!) After reading good reviews on this, I figured I'd give it a try. OK in coffee, FABULOUS when added to bread! Your homemade loaves will be tender and have such a wonderful sweet-milk flavor. This is one of a home baker's best friends. UPDATE: I love this so much I have it on Amazon's 'Subscribe and Save' program. Every few months they automatically ship out a can. If I don't have both an open and unopened can in the house, I get nervous, lol! This is actually just as good as the non-refrigerated aseptic cartons, and has a longer shelf-life. Great to keep at the office, when camping, travelling, in your car.

This is the best milk powder I’ve tasted and the ingredients are all natural and the taste reflects it. Hope they don’t raise the price because I love seeing the can in my pantry and running out of milk is no fun.

I liked it, this is the first time I have ever tried powdered milk so this is the only brand that I have tried so far. It dissolves very well into hot liquids like coffee and tea and it also does all is very well into Coldwater for a glass of milk. I find that this it has worked really well when I have added it to things such as coffee tea etc. when I made a glass of cold milk it did of course dissolve very smoothly and there were no lumps or anything like that but I wasn't a big fan of the taste but that could just definitely be me. It definitely is creamy. But when you open the container for it does have a really lovely sort of buttery creamy smell. I would definitely say give it a try, I don't have anything as of yet to compare it to but I'm certainly not dissatisfied I'm definitely happy with it. Nido I will try next time just to compare out of curiosity. I think this is a great option to use to stir into things, for a much more natural alternative to an actual powdered creamer or coffee made or anything like that and because it does dissolves so well I'm sure it works really well in sauces and things of that nature although I haven't actually tried that yet
