Not working at all
Bad. It does not work. The volume contol cover( black) had fallen off. It is so irritating that a product is sent to the customer without ever checking it. Customer care number does not work. Very disappointing

Good product with robust quality
The product was easy to install and the customer executive guided me through all the process of setting it up and explained different modes. Very impressed with the product and its quality. The device seems to have high range and can repel all types of reptiles and insects.
