Initially I've always bought HP printers however this one and its conectertivity has become a real pain all areas needs Software updates to link and work scanner for Instance what a pain todo when printing and copying it gives you a mensor test to collate size of print pages print poor colour . In comparison to the previous HP it's a poor 3 rate printer.Highly disappointed with this printer and it's dependability on the user becoming a Software expert Its basically not user friendly poor
