Great for kids

I bought these maracas for ringing the bell to celebrate the end of my chemotherapy treatment, which was on May 6th, the day after Cinco de Mayo. It was a hit at the treatment ctr, but not to my wallet. Good quality for a reasonable price.

Really cute and colorful but they are overfilled so they don't make a great sound. It is very muffled.

We have a 17 month old and we started to take him to Music classes a few months ago. During those classes we noticed he always sent for anything that rattled, so we got these for him. Now he plays with it all the time and we notice he’s getting better and better with beats. We stream cocomelon or any other music show and he picks these up and tries to follow along. Funny but also we feel he’s becoming more and more educated in beats and rhythm.

These wooden maracas were perfect for my intent and purpose. I had purchased them to be used by 2-3 year olds as they sang a song for their parents. They’re painted in a lovely way and kept the children entertained. However, if you’re buying them for quality of sound, you should know they are small in size and therefore quiet in sound. If you’re going for a “soft” sound, these will be perfect! Great value for the money.

They are super cute and perfect weight and fir for a one year old.
