I have used arnica for decades. It is truly one of God's miracle plants. Everybody should have it in their first aid kit for any bump or bruise with closed skin. It works great for kids and for the first time in my life I don't make a spilly mess every time I use it. I switched from my other brand to this one because of that even though they were both organic and very high quality.

I take this with me everywhere! Perfect for on the go. I use this for muscle/joint pain or bruises!

Very lite smell I applied it to a bruise and saw results in a few days

Very good oil. I like it. My dog that was on a leash went around a post and it damaged my skin on my hand. I wrapped it quickly with gauze and arnica and when I removed it hours later no inflammation or sign that my hand was injured. Arnica extract was in my grandmother's medicine cabinet always and she used on me when my hand was slammed in a car door and I could feel it pulsating and it lefty my hand with no bruising and pain.

I love this. It took too long to get here though.
