I was looking for a sauce that was similar to a restaurant I love to eat at and this is it! It’s so good and it is very similar in taste and now I can make my favorite dish at home! Perfect blend of flavors, the quality is very good, not to think or thick. Came packaged well.

Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce has a wonderful chili pepper spicy bite, but doesn't bring tears to your eyes, or make you breathe fire like some red chili sauces will. The sweet, spicy heat is great for dipping, but is even better when used as a glaze, or marinade for meat and fish. Also goes well as a glaze on veggies (green beans, broccoli, winter and summer squash). Try it instead of tomato sauce in casseroles and soups. As you can tell, I've experimented with this in a lot of recipes. It's great in bean soups instead of, or in addition to tomato sauce. Try it on eggs, or in egg dishes. Just a tablespoon will add a spicy punch to tuna, pasta, and chicken salads. A chicken roasted with this as a glaze is marvelous. Add some additional garlic, and/or ginger to the glaze and you'll have a roasted chicken that people will ask for the recipe, or where did you buy it. Great product that I haven't exhausted the possibilities for. Nice to find on Amazon as you can't always find in the stores. Costco did offer in a BIG bottle, but no longer do. Try it. Price is good too.

I took a chance on this and ordered six of these and I'm glad I did. Ideally, this is good for not just Thai food, but Chinese, Japanese, Americanese, anything, but super on egg rolls, etc., just about anything you want to spice up the flavor on, numerous things for dipping. I think it could add a little gourmet to many healthy dishes. It tones down strong flavors. It has a zing but not really hot sauce. It's very similar to many red sweet and sour sauces but better. This would be a great sauce for fondue veggies.
