Amaterasu Soreze Gel | Skin Protectant Gel, 30Gm. Indias First Silicone Barrier Layer To Prevent Bed Sores

I am writing this review after using it for last 2 months. I would say that this gel is not only a blessing for Patient but also for caretaker as they are ones who face the mental and physical trauma if someone in the family gets bed sores. My mom is almost bed ridden due to ALS and got bed sores twice in recent few months. This gel not only heals the bed sores faster but also it is good for maintenance. If used regularly, it prevents bed sores from happening again, along with other precautions. My mom's bed sores were not very deep. Hence, I am not sure how much time it would take to heal deeper ones, but I am sure, it is one of the best options available for healing bed sores. To all care takers, please give it a try and you would be happy with the results.

Good and effective

This is not a magic ointment. Nor do I have bed sores. It is being applied to a small area on my upper thigh where the constant folding of ageing skin tears the skin along those folds - like paper folded a long time breaks on the folds. My need is to prevent these tears. Although inexpertly applied by my caregiver, who doesn't quite understand what to do, it seems to have safeguarded the small area over which it has been used. It costs a lot - given my limited purse - besides other difficulties with repeated applications in a single day, so I can't say my use is the best guide, since I'm not making such use as the makers indicate.

Tried it, not found to be much useful. A much much better option in my experience is 'CAVILON' spray by 3M, which is sterile too (can be used on wounds and will not cause infection). It MIGHT help in preventing pressure sores, wasn't much good in my experience.

The cream is really useful. My mother is a bedridden patient and it helped heal sore very quickly.
