I put this in my bullet coffee most mornings (along with <1tsp of ghee, vanilla extract, a pinch of cardamom, some cinnamon, and a splash of fat-free half and half). You have to be careful not to overdo it, especially when first starting out, it can be quite a shock to the digestive system, so begin with maybe a quarter - 1/2 tsp. However once acclimated, I find it to be very beneficial to my brain function and ability to focus. Just be ready for a trip to the restroom less than half an hour after drinking. Also, I wish the makers would find a way to keep it from leaking. Although there is a snap cap and a spout, I still end up having to wipe the bottle off all the time despite being very careful when I pour it. Somehow it's leaking everywhere and I've experienced this with every bottle ever purchased - probably about five or six of them so far.

This is 100% C8 MCTs... no 10s... certainly prefer to avoid 12s. Great. I'd say 100% C8s, being the best, well... it also makes it that much more important to start off very small on a day where we have hours to stay home in case of blow outs that many of the 1-star reviews refer to. Consider most of us have eaten "food product" and this comes along, likely complementing a move toward keto or carnivore... adding 100% C8 MCT Oil just amplifies the gut cleanout. Thus, I suggest backing way off the 1 TBSP to just 1/2 tsp... 1/6th the amount... to start... and build up from there. LOL... Amazon should cross-merchandise Poopouri and Imodium A-D with this.

Take a stiff cup of fresh-brewed coffee, add a tablespoon of this, along with a tablespoon or two of grass fed butter (or ghee), blend for 30 seconds or so (or use a shaker cup if you’re at the office, etc.), and you are good to go. Love this stuff!!!!! And it pays for itself because you spend less on the junk food that was literally killing you. No brainer.
