I like the flavor and texture of this brand. I didn't realize how much til I bought another brand... this is vastly superior.

So good and you get a ton of seaweed! The little tiny dried peices expand to really large bites that's perfect for miso soup. I'll probably be using the bag for months. I usually soak/rinse in cold water a few times and then boil for a few minutes and rinse. The taste is perfect. A little hint of ocean without being overpowering, and a good "crunch". Also the seaweed consistency is excellent, all the peices are mostly the same color and texture.

Smooth transaction. Great addition to my cooking.

This goes a long long way. Each tiny dried piece expands to about 1.5 in by 2 in. Be frugal as it will consume your soup if you chuck in a big pinch like I did, it was like a bowl of seaweed with some broth. Delicious however.

Great to throw in with ramen.
