They actually work.
Normally I don't review things on here and in truth I was expecting these not to work at all, yet I've been shocked at how immediately effective they've been. My stomach feels so much more at ease and the bloating I suffer from has gone right down. My sleep has also massively improved over the last couple of nights. I've tried everything from kefir to expensive "gut health shots" and nothing has calmed my stomach down like these little pills have. I guess time will tell if they'll continue to be effective but so far so good!

After my 1st very unpleasant encounter of gastritis following over indulgence on a Xmas night out coinciding with a nasty bought of covid, I decided to take some steps to get my general gut health back on track. Like most people my diet isn’t the worse, but could be a lot better.
