Purchased after GP recommended B12 400mg for migraine prevention. Its near impossible in the UK to find this dose of B12 in one capsule (most places only do 100mg capsules at most). I was nervous buying "drugs" online but my migraine severity has reduced so I am sure it works! Coated capsules are easy to swallow and don't perish. Warning though- a side effect of a high dose of B12 is that your urine will quite literally turn neon. Like mountain dew. Do not be alarmed, this is normal, if not slightly unnerving the first time. This will return to normal within 48 hours of not having any.

Been taking these a little while now. Easy enough to swallow, the internet wasn’t kidding though when it said that B2 turns your pee neon yellow! Just make sure you’re drinking plenty. The size of the tablet really isn’t bad at all compared to some of what I take. Can’t say I’ve noticed a strong smell or anything like that. Hoping I’ll feel the benefits of taking it soon, I’ve largely bought it for potential migraine prevention.

Excellent value for money. I am not taken them regularly, just sometimes. It works really well.

Ja, tut, was es kann oder soll. Persönlich keine Veränderung gemerkt, außer dass mein Urin recht gelb war. Keine Ahnung, ob sowas der Mensch braucht. Hätte ich vielleicht länger nehmen müssen.

Lo compré porque me lo aconsejaron por las migrañas perimenopáusicas, y, después de dos o tres meses, que es el tiempo que dicen tarda en hacer efecto, las migrañas se han reducido a la mínima expresión. Meo fosforito, eso sí, pero me es igual 😂😂. Cuando me llegó el bote me asusté porque creí que estaba en mal estado, pero no, es así, de un color vibrante 🤣. Volveré a comprar esta marca, no probé otras, pero esta me está gustando mucho. Por cierto, también tomo bisglicinato de magnesio, desde hace tiempo, pero por sí solo no me servía con el tema migrañoso.
