I bought this tapioca flour specifically to make Brazilian Cheese Bread, Pão De Queijo. My recipe was simple, and the flour worked as expected. The texture was as expected. I will definitely purchase this product again in the future. It is a large bag, so it should last me a while.

Makes lovely little flat bread for those who cannot tolerate gluten and wheat.

No complaints about the product, per se, but the packaging leaves much to be desired. For nearly $25 for 5 pounds of flour, one would think the “reclosable” bag would reclose. After multiple attempts, I gave up and dumped the unused portion into a gallon zip-lock.

I love tapioca. This particular brand has a distinctive taste. It's not a bad taste, but it's a taste I'm not use to since I normally get Bob's Red Mill. I like the packaging and the size. It's huge it smells just like it taste, I don't know yet. Lol. I will be ordering more from this brand simply because the package is much bigger.
